Kamenné žernovy z velkomoravského hradiště u Znojma

Quern - stones from the Great Mravian Fort near Znojmo
Abstract:
Předkládaná bakalářská práce se věnuje slovanským žernovům nalezeným při archeologických výzkumech ve Znojmě – Hradišti v letech 1986 – 2011. V úvodu je nastíněn vývoj tohoto mlecího zařízení, následuje podrobný popis nalezených žernovů, který je doplněn obrazovým materiálem. V návaznosti na petrografickou analýzu vybraných žernovů naznačuje, kde mohla být těžena surovina na jejich výrobu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis describes quern - stones from Znojmo - Hradiště, which were unearthed during archeological excavations since 1986 to 2011. There is evolution outlined in the introduction followed by detailed description of found quern - stones, which is supplemented with visual materials.
