Bakalářská práce nazvaná právní prostředky ochrany proti nekalé soutěži se podrobně zabývá jednotlivými soukromoprávními i veřejnoprávními prostředky ochrany proti nekalé soutěži, jež jsou obsaženy v právním řádu České republiky.
Abstract:
Bachelor's thesis called Legal Means of Unfair Competition Protection are addressed in detail the various private and public means of protection against unfair competition, which is contained in the legislation of the Czech Republic.
