Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku konta pracovní doby. Moderní flexibilní režimy v pracovní oblasti jsou přínosem pro obě strany pracovněprávního vztahu. V teoretické části se práce popisně věnuje vymezení základního pojmosloví a právní úpravy jednotlivých institutů. Bachelor’s work describes an account of working hours. This approach to working hours seems to be modern and convenient for employees and employers. First I am devoted to national legislation of working hours with special aim at the account of working hours. Second I do the same as for Slovak legislation.
