Conflict regions in Post - soviet area - North Caucasus

Abstract:

Tato práce analyzuje konflikty v regionu Severního Kavkazu. Mezi analyzované konfliktní regiony patří Čečensko, Dagestán, Ingušsko, Severní Osetie, Karačajevsko-čerkeská republika a Kabardinsko-balkarská republika. Dále se práce zabývá komparací přístupu Ruské federace ke konfliktům v tomto regionu. Mezi komparované dvojice patří Dagestán a Čečensko; Severní Osetie a Ingušsko; Ingušsko a Čečensko; Severní Osetie a Čečensko. Návrhy variant vedoucí k dosažení bezpečnosti v regionu Severního Kavkazu a identifikace slabých a silných míst těchto variant představují výzkumné otázky této práce.

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the conflicts in the North Caucasus region. The analyzed regions of conflict are Chechnya, Dagestan, Ingushetia, North Ossetia, Karachay - Cherkessia and Kabardino-Balkaria. The thesis deals with the comparison approach of the Russian Federation to the conflicts in the region. Compares couple are Dagestan and Chechnya; North Ossetia and Ingushetia; Ingushetia and Chechnya; North Ossetia and Chechnya. Draft versions for achieving security in the North Caucasus region, and identify strengths and weaknesses of these options are the research questions of this thesis.
