Financial situation Moutnice municipality

Abstract:

Cílem práce je zhodnotit finanční hospodaření obce Moutnice v letech 2012-2019 a následně navrhnout opatření, která mohou vést k efektivnějšímu využití finančních prostředků. Hodnocení je sestaveno na základě závěrečných účtů obce Moutnice a za pomocí veřejně dostupných informací z monitoringu ministerstva financí. Rozpočet obce je analyzován z hlediska příjmů a výdajů obecního rozpočtu, jsou zahrnuty taktéž monitorující ukazatele finančního hospodaření obcí (likvidita, zadluženost i rozpočtová odpovědnost), které potvrzují finanční stabilitu obce. V celém sledovaném období ukazatele nepřekročily limit stanovený ministerstvem financí. Obec Moutnice by se nemusela obávat v následujících letech realizovat větší významné investice.

Abstract:

Goals of the thesis are an evaluation of the financial situation Moutnice municipality in the years 2012-2019 of the municipality and measure suggestions which aim to efficient fund use. The financial situation evaluation is base on the final accounts of the municipality and publicly available information from the monitoring of the Ministry of Finance. The municipal budget was analyzed in terms of revenues and expenditures. Monitoring indicators of liquidity, indebtedness and budgetary responsibility were included for better evaluation of the financial stability of the municipality. In the years 2012-2019, the indicators did not exceed the limit set by the Ministry of Finance, which means that the Moutnice municipality can make major investments in the upcoming years.
