Anotácia:

Diplomová práce s názvem „Genderové stereotypy napříč firemní strukturou ve vybrané organizaci“ se zaměřuje na problematiku genderových stereotypů v organizační struktuře vybraného podniku. Cílem práce je odpovědět na hlavní výzkumnou otázku, která je stanovena následovně: „Jak se projevují genderové stereotypy napříč firemní strukturou ve vybrané organizaci?“. Tato práce primárně odhaluje projevy genderových stereotypů na různých organizačních úrovních. Zaměřuje se však i na podobu organizační struktury, souvislost mezi činností pracovní pozice a genderem, postoj ke genderové heterogenitě uvnitř pracovního týmu, hodnocení kompetencí muže a ženy na manažerské pozici a charakterizování rozdílů mezi mužským a ženským managementem. S využitím odborné literatury stanovuji dílčí výzkumné otázky, jejichž odpovědi vedou k zodpovězení hlavní výzkumné otázky. Pomocí kvalitativních polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a analýzy dokumentů zkoumané organizace byla sesbírána data, která byla následně podrobena kvalitativní analýze. Tato analýza vedla k zodpovězení dílčích výzkumných otázek. V závěru této práce je prezentována odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku a dále formulována možná doporučení pro zkoumanou organizaci.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis called „Gender stereotypes across the company´s structure in the chosen organization“ focuses on the issue of the gender stereotypes in organizational structure of the chosen company. The aim of this thesis is to answer the main research question: „How do gender stereotypes show across the company´s structure in the chosen organization?“. This thesis mainly reveals the manifestations of gender stereotypes on different organizational levels. Furthemore, it focuses on the form of the organizational structure, the link between the activities of the working position and gender, attitude to heterogeneity of the gender inside the working team, evaluation of competencies of men and women in managerial positions and the description of the differences between male and female management. Using the literature I gave partial research questions whose answers lead to answer the main research question. Using qualitative semi-structured interviews and using analysis of documents of the chosen organization I found out the dates, which was subsequently subjected to qualitative analysis. This analysis has led to answering the partial research question. In conclusion of this thesis, I present the response to the main research question and I formulate possible recommendations for the chosen organization.
