Neuroblastom je maligní neuroendokrinní nádor. Jedná se o nejčastější extrakraniální nádor dětského věku. Metajodobenzylguanidin (MIBG) byl syntetizován jako analog noradrenalinu. Jedná se o slabě cytotoxickou látku, běžně užívanou v klinické praxi se specifickou kumulací v neuroblastomu. Abstract:
Neuroblastoma is a malignant neuroendocrine tumor. It is the most common extracranial tumor in childhood. Metaiodobenzylguanidine (MIBG) was synthesized as an analog of norepinephrine. It is a slightly cytotoxical substance which is commonly used in the clinical medicine with a specific cumulation in the neuroblastoma.
