Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na využívání předčasného odchodu do důchodu neformálními pečujícími. Cílem teoretické části práce bylo vymezit teoretická, empirická a metodologická východiska pro porozumění výzkumu a na základě odborných zdrojů popsat a analyzovat neformální péči a problematiku neformálních pečujících a předčasného odchodu do důchodu. V teoretické části práce byla věnována kapitola neformální péči, motivaci, neformálním pečujícím a možnostem jejich podpory a předčasnému odchodu do starobního důchodu. Cílem výzkumné části práce bylo zjistit, jakou motivaci mají neformální pečující k předčasnému odchodu do důchodu na území Česka. Při výzkumu byla použita kvalitativní výzkumná strategie.

Abstract:

The master´s thesis is focused on the use of early retirement by informal caregivers. The aim of the theoretical part of the work was to define the theoretical, empirical and methodological starting points for understanding the research and, based on professional sources, to describe and analyze informal care and the issue of informal caregivers and early retirement. In the theoretical part of the work, a chapter was devoted to informal care, motivation, informal caregivers and the possibilities of their supportand early retirement. The goal of the research part of the work was to find out what motivation informal caregivers have for early retirement in the Czech Republic. A qualitative research strategy was used in the research.
