Tato práce se v teoretické části zabývá definičním vymezením operací OSN na udržení míru a přibližuje samotnou problematiku vytvoření jednotné definice operací a jejich rozčlenění do kategorií. Dále jsou v práci porovnávány operace UNAMIR a ONUMOZ na základě 5 předpokladů úspěchu. This bachelor thesis' theoretical part is focused on definition of the peacekeeping operations and gives an idea of problems with creation of unified definition and division of operations into categories. Later on the thesis compares UNAMIR and ONUMOZ operations on the basis of five assumptions of success.
