The thesis is focused on the financial aspects of property in double-entry bookkeeping. First chapter focuses on the theoretical definition of the characteristics and accounting of a property. Bakalárska práca je zameraná na účtovné aspekty dlhodobého majetku v sústave podvojného účtovníctva. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretické vymedzenie charakteristiky a účtovania dlhodobého majetku. V druhej kapitole sleduje účtovné aspekty obstarania, odpisovania a vyraďovania dlhodobého hmotného majetku.
