Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření u všeobecných sester. Pro svoji práci jsem zvolila všeobecné sestry pracující na vybraných standardních interních lůžkových odděleních. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část průzkumnou. V teoretické části je podrobně rozebrána problematika stresu a samotného syndromu vyhoření. The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of burnout syndrome in general nurses. For my work, I chose general nurses working in selected standard internal wards. The work is divided into a theoretical part and an exploratory part. The theoretical part deals in detail with the issue of stress and the burnout syndrome itself.
