Abstract:

Experimentálně byly ověřeny a rozpracovány možnosti syntézy pigmentů typu Ln2Ce2-xMoxO7, kde Ln = Er, Nd, Ho a Gd, x = 0 až 1 (s krokem 0,1). V první řadě byl sledován vliv jednotlivých lanthanoidů, vliv rostoucího obsahu molybdenu a vliv teploty výpalu na barevné vlastnosti těchto práškových materiálů. U barevně nejzajímavějších pigmentů bylo ověřováno fázové složení pomocí rentgenové difrakční analýzy, pigmenty i jejich reakční směsi pro syntézu byly podrobeny termické analýze a jejich morfologie byla studována skenovacím elektronovým mikroskopem. Barevné vlastnosti pigmentů aplikovaných v organickém pojivu byly hodnoceny pomocí barevných souřadnic L*, a*, b* systému CIE L*a*b* .

Abstract:

The aim was to propose and verify the possibilities of preparation of the Ln2Ce2-xMoxO7 pigments, where Ln = Er, Nd, Ho and Gd, x = 0 till 1 (with step 0.1). The influence of selected lanthanides, increasing content of molybdenum and the calcination conditions on the colouring effect of these fine materials were studied. For the most interesting pigments from the colour point of view it was investigated the phase composition by X-ray diffraction analysis. These pigments and their starting mixtures were also followed by the methods of thermal analysis and their morfology was studied by scanning electron microscope. The colour properties of the all pigments applied into organic matrix were evaluated by means L*, a*, b* in the CIE L*a*b* system.
