Abstract:

The idea of writing a thesis on ?The treatment of muscle imbalance derangement in the scapular dyskinesia: comparison of treatment in the gym and treatment with the addition of Kinesio Taping?" evolved from stages carried out in the last years also relating to sport which I practise (tennis, beach tennis, volleyball, sailing), because I noted how important this problem was and how difficult to rehabilitate; having a good scapula thoracic rhythm allows the development of greater strength without limitations of motion at the glenohumeral joint leading to enhanced competitive performance. Being a work of research, I took as my objective the comparison of the effectiveness of a "simple" treatment at the gym with exercises taken from the literature, with the same treatment with the addition of the Kinesio Taping? (KT). The exercises taken into consideration have all been documented in articles through the use of an instrumental examination, electromyography, thus giving an objective value to its effectiveness to the exercise. The decision to introduce the KT to the second treatment group stems from the desire to experience its effect, it being a methodical rehabilitation particularly in vogue in recent years. In addition, I chose to try this experimentation on the muscles of the scapula, because its motion evaluation is often undervalued within the physical examination and treatment of the shoulder, and this (an alignment or an abnormal movement of the scapula) is an error which can generate clinical signs consistent with instability and / or impingement syndrome. My intervention is aimed, therefore, at making a correct functional valuation of the patient through a specific test for dyskinesia followed by more efficient treatment and correct therapy for the purposes of full recovery. Abstract:

La volonta di fare la tesi ˇ°Trattamento dello squilibrio muscolare nella discinesia scapolare: confronto tra trattamento in palestra e trattamento con aggiunta di Kinesio Taping˘ç.ˇ? e nata grazie ai tirocini svolti in questi anni in relazione anche allo sport che pratico (tennis, beachtennis , pallavolo, vela), perche ho verificato quanto questa problematica sia importante e allo stesso tempo difficile da riabilitare; avere un buon ritmo scapolo toracico permette di sviluppare una forza maggiore e non avere limitazioni di movimento a livello gleno omerale ottenendo un rendimento maggiore a livello competitivo. Essendo un lavoro di ricerca ho preso come obiettivo quello di porre a confronto l.efficacia di un ˇ°sempliceˇ? trattamento in palestra con esercizi presi dalla letteratura e lo stesso trattamento con l.aggiunta del Kinesio Taping˘ç (KT). Gli esercizi presi in esame sono stati tutti documentati negli articoli attraverso l.uso di un esame strumentale, elettromiografia, dando cosi all.esercizio un valore oggettivo sulla sua efficacia. Mentre la scelta di introdurre il KT nel secondo gruppo di trattamento e nata dal desiderio di sperimentare il suo effetto, essendo una metodica riabilitativa particolarmente in voga in questi ultimi anni. Inoltre, ho scelto di tentare questa sperimentazione sulla muscolatura della scapola, poiche la valutazione del movimento di essa e spesso sottovalutato all.interno dell.esame fisico e del trattamento della spalla, e questo (un allineamento o un movimento anormale della scapola) e un errore, il quale puo generare segni clinici consistenti con instabilita e/o sindrome da conflitto. Il mio intervento e finalizzato, dunque, nel compiere una valutazione funzionale corretta del paziente, attraverso un test specifico per la discinesia, e di trattarlo successivamente con la terapia piu corretta ed efficiente ai fini del suo pieno recupero. TRATTAMENTO DELLO SQUILIBRIO MUSCOLARE NELLA DISCINESIA SCAPOLARE: CONFRONTO TRA TRATTAMENTO IN PALESTRA E TRATTAMENTO CON AGGIUNTA DEL KINESIO TAPING˘ç 24 In particolare voglio valutare quanto il trattamento con Kinesio Tape˘ç possa essere piu indicato come strumento di supporto nel nostro lavoro di fronte ad una discinesia di scapola, prendendo in esame i risultati in termini di velocita di recupero ed efficacia.
