Modeling in Solid Edge ST8 Using Synchronous Technology

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na možnosti využití prostředí synchronního modelování programu Solid Edge ST8 při tvorbě objemových součástí. Práce obsahuje přehled CAD systémů, dále stručnou historii modelovacích programů a jejich rozdělení a základní informace o vybraných modelovacích programech. V závěru teoretické části je čtenář seznámen s různými způsoby modelování objemových součástí. V praktické části je přestaven úvod do prostředí synchronního modelování, seznámení s funkcemi pro tvorbu modelu a prvky specifickými pro synchronní prostředí a popis jejich využití při tvorbě objemových součástí.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the possibilities of using the Solid Edge´s ST8 synchronous enviroment at makingvolume components. This work contains an overview of CA systems, a brief history of modeling programs, their division and basic informations about selected modeling programs. At the end of thetheoretical part is an introduction to different ways of modeling volume components. The practical part contains an introducti-on to the synchronous modeling enviroment, introduction to the modeling functions and features specicic to the synchronous enviroment, and a description of thein use in the cre-ation of volume components.
