Cílem této diplomové práce bylo charakterizovat logiku, jakou Vietnamci žijící na území České republiky klasifikují potraviny ve svých obchodech. K tomu to účelu jsem použila výzkumné techniky jako pile sort (třídění na hromádky) a polo-strukturované rozhovory. Získaná data jsem analyzovala v programu ANTHROPAC a pomocí kvalitativních metod. Abstract:
The aim of this diploma work was to define the logic that is used to clasify food in the shops of Vietnamese living in the territory of the Czech Republic. For this purpose I used research method of pile sort and half-structured interviews. Obtained data were analyzed in the ANTHROPAC programme and with the help of qualitative methods.
