Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou plánování pohybu v prostředí proteinových modelů a algoritmů používajících pro jejich popis grafovou reprezentaci. Hlavním cílem práce bylo na základě dostupné literatury navrhnout a implementovat algoritmus plánování pohybu vhodný pro využití v modelech proteinů. Abstract:
This master thesis deals with the problem of motion planning in the protein models and the algorithms using for their desciption graph representation. Main goal of the thesis is on the basis of available resources to propose and implement the algorithm of motion planning suitable for the use in protein models.
