Diplomová práce se zabývá srovnávací reklamou v judikatuře vybraných evropských soudů. Stěžejním obsahem je kritické zhodnocení rozhodovací praxe slovenských, britských a francouzských soudů, a to zejména v kontextu tzv. úplné harmonizace směrnice Evropského parlamentu a Rady 2006/114/ES o klamavé a srovnávací reklamě, a podmínek, za kterých je srovnávací reklama ve smyslu směrnice přípustná.
