Diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením pH a osmi biogenních aminů histamin (HIM), kadaverin (CAD), putrescin (PUT), tyramin (TYM), tryptamin (TRM), fenylethy-lamin (PEA), spermidin (SPD) a spermin (SPN) ve vínech odebraných z vinařské oblasti Morava. This thesis deals with the determination of pH and eight biogenic amines histamine (HIM), cadaverine (CAD), putrescine (PUT), tyramine (TYM), tryptamine (TRM) phenylethylamine (PEA), spermidine (SPD) and spermine (SPN) in wines collected in wine region of Moravia.
