Factors influencing the price of a public procurement
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje úspoře ve veřejných zakázkách. Cílem práce je identifikovat faktory ovlivňující cenu ve veřejných zakázkách. Z provedené robustní regresní analýzy vyplývá, že největší vliv na normovanou cenu má počet podaných nabídek na veřejnou zakázku. Vliv na úsporu byl též zaznamenán u roku zadání zakázky. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on savings in public procurement. The aim of the thesis is to identify the factors affecting price in public procurement. The robust regression analysis performed shows that the number of bids submitted for a public contract has the greatest impact on the normalized price.
