Anotace:

Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat trh chytrých hodinek v České republice z hlediska vnějšího prostředí a spotřebitelského chování. Práce je strukturovaná do dvou částí. První, teoretická část, popisuje metody analýzy tržního odvětví, konkrétně Porterův model pěti sil, PESTLE analýzu a SWOT analýzu. Dále je tato část práce věnována teoretické deskripci spotřebního chování a cenotvorbě. Praktická část začíná představením pojmu chytré hodinky, po kterém je uvedeno vybraných pět firem působících na českém trhu a analyzována jejich cenotvorba. V další části je analyzován trh chytrých hodinek v České republice pomocí zmíněných metod. Závěrečná část se věnuje spotřebnímu výzkumu, které bylo realizováno pomocí dotazníkového šetření a focus group.

Abstract:

The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the smartwatch market in the Czech Republic from the perspective of the external environment and consumer behavior. The thesis is structured into two parts. The first, theoretical part, describes methods of analyzing the market industry, specifically Porter's Five Forces model, PESTLE analysis, and SWOT analysis. This part of the thesis also includes a theoretical description of consumer behavior and pricing. The practical part begins with an introduction to the concept of smartwatches, followed by the introduction of five selected companies operating in the Czech market, along with an analysis of their pricing strategies. The next section analyzes the smartwatch market in the Czech Republic using the aforementioned methods. The final part focuses on consumer research, which was conducted through a questionnaire survey and focus group.
