Abstract:
Práce se věnuje tématu motivace z pohledu zaměstnance společnosti Impress, a.s. Analyzuje jednotlivé složky motivačních ukazatelů aplikovaných v této společnosti. Práce uvádí doporučené změny a zlepšení v nastavení motivačních ukazatelů ve společnosti.
Abstract:
The work is devoted to the topic of motivation from the perspective of employees Impress, Inc. It analyzes the individual components of motivational indicators applied in this company. The work shows the recommended changes and improvements in the setting of motivational indicators in the company.
