Possibilities of housing financing in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Možnosti financování vlastního bydlení jsou důležitou otázkou pro významnou část obyvatel České republiky. Dva nejvíce využívané způsoby financování bydlení v České republice jsou hypoteční úvěry a úvěry ze stavebního spoření. Součet hypotečních úvěrů a úvěrů ze stavebního spoření ke konci roku 2015 činil 1,4 bilionu korun. Tyto úvěry využívalo 1,1 milionu obyvatel. Na každého obyvatele připadala průměrná …more
Abstract:
The financing options of one's housing are an important question for a large portion of citizens of the Czech Republic. The two most frequently used options for financing of housing in the Czech Republic are mortgage loans and building saving loans.
