Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou virtuální organizace a virtuálních týmů. Teoretická část vysvětluje jednotlivé odborné pojmy, jejich typologii, charakteristiku, životní cyklus a klíčové faktory úspěchu. This bachelor work deals with the issue of virtual organization and virtual teams. Theoretical part describes individual technical terms, their typology, characteristic, life cycle and key factors of success.
