Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout implementaci ITSM (IT Service Management) nástroje do softwarového řešení ServiceNow v nejmenované společnosti. Smyslem implementace je redukce nástrojů používaných v dané společnosti, integrace se stávajícími systémy a snížení celkových nákladů na řízení služeb. The aim of the thesis is to propose the implementation of an ITSM (IT Service Management) tool into the ServiceNow software solution in an unnamed company.
