The Perception of Motivation System by Employees and Management in a concrete Organisation

Abstract:

Práce pojednává o vnímání motivačního systému zaměstnanci a vedením zvolené firmy a o rozdílech ve vnímání jednotlivých nástrojů tohoto motivačního systému. První část popisuje dosavadní poznatky o motivaci a motivačním systému a jejich využití při řízení zaměstnanců. Ve druhé části je popsán výzkum odhalující obsah motivačního systému zvolené firmy a rozdíly ve vnímání motivačního systému firmy zaměstnanci a vedením firmy. Výsledná zjištění dávají prostor pro doporučení modifikace motivačního systému v konkrétní firmě, protože komplexní motivační systém může fungovat, jako účinný nástroj efektivního řízení lidí vedoucí k uspokojení osobních i firemních cílů.

Abstract:

My work is going to describe the perception of a motivation system by employees and management of a selected company and about differences in the perception of individual tools of the motivation system. The first part describes the current research on motivation system and its use in managing people. In the second part, there is a description of a research that shows differences in perception of motivation system by employees and management of the stated firm. The results give enough opportunities to give recommendations to the company management concerning their motivation system. The reason for that is, that a complex motivation system can be a suitable tool for successful management of people. It can lead to both satisfaction of personal expectations of employees and the goals of company.
