Tématem této práce je odměňování zaměstnanců. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí – teoretické a praktické.Teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy z oblasti odměňování, systém odměňování a ekonomické teorie, které se mu věnují. The topic of this thesis is the remuneration of employees. The thesis consists of two parts - a theoretic part and a practical part.There are basic remuneration terms, reward system and economic theory, which they are devoted to it in the theoretic part.
