The Social Work with Endangered Groups at the Labour Markets

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou sociální práce se skupinami osob ohroženými na trhu práce, kdy jejím cílem je poukázat především na různorodost a náročnost práce sociálních pracovníků s těmito skupinami osob v období současné ekonomické krize. Zejména je pak zmíněná práce zaměřena na složitost sociální práce s nezaměstnanými osobami z řad romského etnika. První část této práce se zaměřuje především na objasnění základních pojmů, jež jsou v diplomové práci užívány, tedy bližší konkretizaci pojmu ohrožená skupina osob na trhu práce, nezaměstnanost, sociální práce, sociální pracovník. Podstatná část diplomové práce je pak věnovaná samotné sociální práci s nezaměstnanými klienty romského etnika. V daném směru je zdůrazněna pro úspěšnost této sociální práce nejen nutnost znalosti vlastní kultury Romů, ale i nutnost respektování důstojnosti každého člověka a osobní přístup ke každému jedinci bez jakýchkoli předsudků. V neposlední řadě podstatnou součástí diplomové práce je i samotný empirický výzkum, jehož podstatou jsou zjištění, jaký vlastně zaujímají postoj nezaměstnaní, jež se hlásí k romskému etniku, ke svému uplatnění se na trhu práce.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on problematic of the social work with people who are vulnerable in the label market. The goal of the thesis is to show on diversity and severity of the people who work in the social area with the people who are vulnerable during this time of the economical crisis. The thesis is mainly focused on the difficultness of the social work with unemployed gipsy people. The first part of the thesis deals with the clarify of the basic terms which are in the thesis used, the detailed concentration on the terms of vulnerable people on the label market, unemployment, social work and social worker. The most important part deals with social work with unemployed gipsy people. The importance of the knowledge of the gipsy culture and the respect of the dignity of each person and a personal approach to each person without any other prejudice is mentioned here. Last but not least, the important part of the thesis is the empirical research which finds out the attitude to the unemployment which is associated with gipsy ethnic.
