Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou brownfieldů, jejich typologií a kategorizací. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of brownfields, their typology and categorization. It specifies the risks and benefits of the revitalization process that must be undertaken when reusing these areas, which have already been urbanized.
