Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je mentoring jako jeden z možných nástrojů kariérního rozvoje. Tato práce nejprve teoreticky zpracovává problematiku kariéry, kariérního rozvoje a mentoringu samotného. Poté se zabývá průzkumem v řadách studentů a mentorů, účastnících se programu Mentoring na ČVUT v roce 2014.
