Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o syndromu vyhoření v profesi porodních asistentek. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části je popsán syndrom vyhoření, jeho fáze, rizikové faktory a diagnostika. Dále je zde i část, která se věnuje jeho prevenci, a zároveň jsou zde také uvedeny profese, které jsou pro vznik syndromu vyhoření náchylnější. Praktická část je poté věnována samotnému …more

This bachelor thesis introduces burnout syndrome in the profession of midwifery. This thesis is composed of the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part is describing burnout syndrome, its phases, critical factors and diagnostics.
