Cílem diplomové práce je stanovit hodnotu vybraného podniku prostřednictvím aplikace vybraných oceňovacích metod. První část práce se zaměřuje na teoretické aspekty oceňování podniku, finanční analýzy a přehled jednotlivých oceňovacích metod.
