Abstract:
V práci jsou zpracovány autorita obecně, její rozdělení, vztah autority a výchovy, autorita učitele, možnosti budování autority, respekt k autoritám a částečně i problém kázně. Další oblastí, kterou jsem se zabýval, byl učitel a žák jako činitelé výchovně-vzdělávacího procesu. Abstract:
In my thesis I wrote about teacher’s authority, education, respect and discipline. I wrote about teachers and students and their competences, skills and knowledge and their specificities. My study is focused on actual level of teacher’s authority and reveals conections between authority, age, sex and subject.
