Abstract:

Uváděná diplomová práce představuje přehled moderních logistických technologií, které se dnes dostávají do popředí v rámci globalizace a informačních potřeb podnikových procesů. Přednosti těchto systémů spočívají v technologické a ekonomické efektivitě, které jsou přínosem každého podnikatelského záměru. Rozhodovací metodikou lze provézt analýzu Aku provozu chemického podniku Exa včetně automatických systémů identifikace, vhodných pro implementaci do podnikového logistického řetězce. Vzhledem k těmto faktům a možnosti podílet se na vytváření nového systému v podniku, se autor rozhodl zpracovat tuto diplomovou práci. První část obsahuje strukturu průmyslu, logistické systémy a technologie logistiky. Následují literární rešerše, které rozebírají náhledy řešení a pohledy autorů erudovaných v logistických technologiích včetně dalších odvětví hospodářství. Praktická část této diplomové práce se zabývá přehledem aktuálního zpracování logistických činností, srovnáním navržených možností, následnou aplikací těchto technologií do výroby a praktickým využitím v podniku chemické výroby. Ve zmiňované části budou uvedeny charakteristiky jednotlivých použitých technologií, jejich zhodnocení, použití v konkrétních situacích a procesech při výrobě. V konečné fázi tohoto projektu bude vzájemné zhodnocení využitých možností, zavedení těchto technologií do praxe a navržení vlastních opatření vedoucích k optimalizaci skladové logistiky chemického podniku.

Abstract:

The presented diploma thesis presents an overview of modern logistics technologies, which are gaining prominence today in the context of globalization and information needs of business processes. The advantages of these systems lie in technological and economic efficiency, which are a benefit of any business plan. The decision-making methodology can be used to analyze the operation of the chemical company Exa, including automatic identification systems, suitable for implementation in the company's logistics chain. Considering facts above and opportunity to cooperate on creation of a new system in the company, the author decided to prepare this thesis. The first part contains the structure of industry, logistics systems and logistics technologies. The following are source researches, which analyze the previews of solutions and the views of authors experienced in logistics technologies, including other sectors of the economy. The practical part of this thesis is dedicated to an overview of current processing of logistics activities, including a comparison of the proposed options, the application of these technologies in production and practical use in a chemical production company. In the mentioned part, there are presented characteristics of individual used technologies, their evaluation as well as use in specific situations and processes in production. In the final phase of this project, there will be a mutual evaluation of the possibilities used, the introduction of these technologies into practice and the design of own specific measures leading to the optimization of the warehouse logistics of the chemical company
