The comparison of loan and leasing as a source of financing company investment

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je komparace úvěrového a leasingového financování podnikové investice. Cílem práce je, na základě provedených analýz, zjistit nejvhodnější způsob financování vybrané podnikové investice. Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí. První část se věnuje analýze a zhodnocení teoretických zdrojů informací: teorii financování podnikatelských záměru, charakteristice a porovnání jednotlivých typů financování cizími zdroji. Druhá část práce se začíná stručnou charakteristikou a analýzou nabídky bankovních úvěrů a leasingu pro podnikatele v ČR, analýze dynamiky trhu úvěrového a leasingového financování v EU a v ČR. Vlastní řešení se zaměřuje na zkoumání možností financování vybraného příkladu – podnikatelské záměru na rozšíření vozového parku malé autopůjčovny. Je provedená výchozí finanční analýza vybrané firmy a odhad jejich tržeb po zavedení investovaného majetku do podnikání. Dále je provedená kalkulace úvěru a finančního leasingu a porovnaní výhodnosti úvěrového a leasingového financování za pomoci vybraných výpočtových metod. Na závěr je určeno, že finanční leasing je pro podnikatele výhodnější než bankovní úvěr. Charakter diplomové práce je výzkumný. V rámci práce jsou použity metody deskripce, analýzy, syntézy, komparace, vybrané metody finanční analýzy a metoda čisté výhody leasingu.

Abstract:

The topic of the diploma thesis is a comparison of credit and leasing financing of business investment. The aim of the work is, based on the analysis, to determine the most suitable way of financing a selected corporate investment. The work consists of two main parts. The first part is devoted to the analysis and evaluation of theoretical sources of information: the theory of financing business plans, characteristics and comparison of individual types of financing by foreign sources. The second part of the work begins with a brief description and analysis of the offer of bank loans and leasing for entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic, an analysis of the dynamics of the market of credit and leasing financing in the EU and the Czech Republic. The solution itself focuses on exploring the possibilities of financing a selected example - a business plan to expand the fleet of a small car rental company. An initial financial analysis is performed in the situation of a selected company, an estimate of sales after the introduction of invested assets into the business. The calculation of credit and financial leasing for investment financing is performed, the advantage of credit and leasing financing of the project is compared with the help of selected calculation methods. Finally, it is determined that financial leasing is more advantageous for entrepreneurs than a bank loan. The character of the diploma thesis is research. Within the work are used methods of description, analysis, synthesis, comparison, selected methods of financial analysis and the method of net benefits of leasing.
