Cieľom záverečnej práce bolo analyzovať práva a povinnosti akcionárov v akciovej spoločnosti vyplývajúce z Obchodného zákonníka a zo stanov spoločnosti. Tematiku predkladanej bakalárskej práce som rozdelila do 4 kapitol, ktoré sú ďalej rozčlenené na viaceré podkapitoly.
