Solving problems of multiple criteria evaluation of alternatives with interval data

Abstract:

Existuje celá řada úloh vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant. Cílem těchto úloh může být nalezení nejvhodnější varianty nebo uspořádání variant od nejlepší po nejhorší. K řešení úloh vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant se využívá velké množství metod, od nejjednodušších až po velmi složité postupy. Tyto metody jsou založené na odlišných principech a lze je klasifikovat do tří skupin podle toho, jaké vyžadují informace o kritériích po uživateli. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem těchto metod a modelováním preferencí rozhodovatele. Praktická část je zaměřena na ukázku jedné z metod - metody TOPSIS. Metoda TOPSIS demonstruje příklad z praxe, z oboru náhradní rodinné péče. Hodnoty u jednotlivých kritérií se náhodně vybírají z předem daného intervalu. Výstup praktické části je aplikace, která je vytvořená v programovacím jazyku Delphi.

Abstract:

There are a number of problems multiple criteria evaluation of alternatives. The target of this problem can be to find the compromise alternative or the configuration of alternatives options sorted from best to worst. The problem solving of multiple criteria evaluation of alternatives uses a large number of methods, from the simplest to the most complex procedures. These methods are based on different principles and can be classified into three groups according to what information about criteria they require from the user.The theoretical part deals with a description of these methods and modelling the preferences of the decision maker. The practical part is focused on a sample of one of the methods - TOPSIS. TOPSIS demonstrates a practical example from the field of foster care. Values for individual criteria are randomly selected from a predefined interval. Output of the practical part is the application that is created in the Delphi programming language.
