Abstract:
Cílem mé bakalářské práce je teoretický popis základních pojmů jako úvod do tématu a následné promítnutí do praktické části. Praktická část se následně týká analytického poznávání v určité oblasti a praktického oceňování budov. Celkově bych rád zhodnotil konkrétní dopady vad a poruch konstrukcí na tržní hodnotu majetku.
Abstract:
The aim of my thesis is a theoretical description of the basic concepts as an introduction to the topic and then reflected in the practical part. The practical part then applies an analytical cognition in some areas and practical valuation of buildings. Overall, I would like to investigate the specific effects of defects and failures of structures on the market value of the property.
