Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá systémovou korupcí a úlohou jejích oznamovatelů. Příčin a forem korupce je mnoho, ale systémová korupce ze všech nejvíce prorůstá do fungování státního aparátu a oslabuje jej. Proto dokáže být ze všech forem nejničivější. Široká veřejnost o systémové korupci ví, ale není dostatečně vzdělána ve svých právech, aby proti ní bojovala a mohla plnit svoji úlohu oznamovatelů …more
Abstract:
This Thesis is focused on systemic corruption and the role of whistleblowers. Causes and forms of corruption are various, but systemic corruption grows into the functioning of the state and weakens it. Therefore, of all the forms, it can be the most destructive one.
