This Bachelor’s thesis deals with the fractures of proximal tibia. The general section describes anatomy, kinesiology, patophysiology and traumatology of knee joint, shank and adjacent structures including diagnostics and subsequent therapy. Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou zlomenín proximálnej časti tíbie. Vo všeobecnej časti je popísaná anatómia, kineziológia, patofyziológia a traumatológia kolenného kĺbu, predkolenia a priľahlých štruktúr vrátane diagnostiky a následnej terapie.
