The aim of the bachelors thesis is to evaluate the guarantee schemes in the Slovak Republic and compare them to each other in terms of particular entities involved in these guarantee schemes. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je zhodnotiť garančné schémy v Slovenskej republike a vzájomne ich porovnať z hľadiska jednotlivých subjektov zúčastnených v týchto garančných schémach. Vychádzame najmä zo slovenskej právnej úpravy Fondu ochrany vkladov a Garančného fondu investícií, ako aj zo smerníc o systémoch ochrany vkladov a o systémoch náhrad pre investorov.
