Cílem bakalářské práce je odhalení stěžejních stresových faktorů v konkrétním podniku a navržení jejich eliminace. V teoretické části je blíže specifikována problematika stresu z hlediska spouštěčů stresových situací, jejich projevů a důsledků především v souvislosti s vlivem na lidské zdraví a pracovní výkonnost.
