The Activity of Public Administration

Abstract:

Cílem práce je analýza mechanismu činnosti veřejné správy z pohledu české právní úpravy a poukázání na možnosti její modernizace. Svoji bakalářskou práci jsem zaměřila na činnost veřejné správy. V první části jsem vymezila základní pojmy a to veřejná správa a organizace veřejné správy. V druhé části jsem se zaměřila na činnost orgánů veřejné správy ve všeobecnosti. V třetí části jsem popsala činnost registrových orgánů v ČR a porovnala jsem činnost registrových orgánů na České poště a na Městském úřadě Blovice. Ve čtvrté části jsem naznačila možnost modernizace veřejné správy ve vztahu k mému zaměstnavateli České poště.

Abstract:

The objective of the thesis is to analyse and assess the efficiency of public administration in the Czech Republic, from the perspective of Czech legislation and pointed out the possibility of its modernization. The thesis is composed of four chapters. The first chapter details the terminology related to the public administration and public administration management, while the second one is focused on the functioning of public administration bodies in general. The third chapter describes the role of registers authorities in the Czech Republic, namely in terms of Cesta posta and Municipality of Blovice. The final chapter indicates possible ways of modernization of public administration related to Ceska posta, where the author of the thesis is employed.
