Economic-organizing methods of HR management at enterprise
Abstract:
Tato práce je věnována existujícím koncepcím řízení personálu na pracovišti; obsahuje rovněž analýzu metod vypracování strategie řízení personálu podniku. Na příkladu společnosti "Trejt Plus" je popsán systém hodnocení personálu. Jsou uvedena doporučení pro zlepšení procesu řízení personálu zkoumaného podniku.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis informs about existing principles and methods for developing HR strategy of a company. System of personnel evaluation in the company Ltd. "Trate Plus" is described. The ultimate purpose is to improve the process of the staff management of the investigated company.
