Utilization of ICT Technologies and Their Impact on the Organization and Employees

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá využíváním informačních a komunikačních technologií (ICT) v praxi a jejich dopady na zaměstnance a pracovní procesy v různých pracovních kontextech. Analyzuje, jak zaměstnanci využívají tyto technologie, jaký na ně mají vliv a jaké mohou vyvolat stresové situace. Zároveň zkoumá očekávání firem od technologií ve smyslu zjednodušení procesů a motivace zaměstnanců. Práce v teoretické části definuje jednotlivé ICT technologie a jejich význam pro řízení organizace a správu lidských zdrojů. V praktické části je proveden průzkum zaměřený na aktuální využití technologií a jejich dopady. Na základě výsledků průzkumu jsou navržena doporučení pro efektivní implementaci ICT ve firmách s důrazem na řízení projektů, motivaci zaměstnanců a minimalizaci negativních dopadů. Cílem práce je poskytnout firmám návod na vědomé využívání ICT s ohledem na zvýšení efektivity a spokojenosti zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

This thesis addresses the utilization of information and communication technologies (ICT) in practice and their impacts on employees and work processes in various work contexts. It examines how employees use these technologies, their influence on them, and the stressful situations they can provoke. Simultaneously, it explores the expectations of companies from technology in terms of simplifying processes and motivating employees. The theoretical part of the thesis defines individual ICT technologies and their significance for organizational management and human resources administration. In the practical part, a survey focused on the current use of technologies and their impacts is conducted. Based on the survey results, recommendations for the effective implementation of ICT in companies are proposed, emphasizing project management, employee motivation, and minimizing negative impacts. The aim of the thesis is to provide companies with a guide for the conscious use of ICT with a focus on increasing efficiency and employee satisfaction.
