V bakalářské práci se věnuji výuce slavnostních rautů a výuce problematiky technologií přípravy pokrmů u slavnostních rautů. The thesis is dedicated to teaching formal banquets and teaching issues technology of preparing meals at ceremonial banquets. From a professional point of view of teaching practical education the work is focused on the knowledge and the skills that students must have to be able to prepare a formal dinner.
