Rationalization of the Assembly Station in Selected Company

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce řeší využití a propojení jednotlivých procesů a prvků vybraného montážního pracoviště v podniku z oblasti automotive. Při sledování pracoviště byla nalezena řada druhů plýtvání, kterým bylo možné zamezit, či je zcela eliminovat. Byly navrženy úpravy procesu a layoutu tak, aby byl efektivněji využit čas na pracovišti a zároveň byl proces pro operátora šetrnější v rámci ergonomie. Postupným implementováním návrhů k racionalizaci pracoviště byly objeveny další prvky, které bylo možné upravit a snížit tak náklady firmy. Výsledky této práce dokazují komplexnost jednoho montážního pracoviště, provázanost procesů i napříč odděleními a nezbytnou kooperaci mezi operátory a procesními inženýry.

Abstract:

This diploma these deals with the use and interconnection of particular processes and elements of the selected assembly workplace in the company in automotive. While monitoring the workplace, a number of wastes were found that could be avoided or eliminated. Process and layout adjustments have been designed to utilize workplace time more efficiently while also making the process more ergonomic for the operator. By gradually implementing proposals to rationalize the workplace, other elements were discovered that could be modified to reduce company costs. The results of this work demonstrate the complexity of one assembly station, the interconnection of processes across departments and the necessary cooperation between operators and process engineers.
