Bakalářská práce se zabývá metodou výběru uchazečů o práci, tzv. Assessment Centre. Práce si klade za cíl přiblížit teoretická východiska metody Assessment Centre a popsat proces jeho přípravy a realizace ve vybrané organizaci ve městě Ostrava. Teoretická část popisuje výběrové řízení obecně a postupně se snaží přiblížit samotnou metodu Assessment Centre, poté následuje popis kompetenčního modelu. …more

The bachelor's thesis deals with the method of selecting job applicants - Assessment Center. The thesis aims to approach the theoretical basis of the Assessment Center method and describe the process of its preparation and implementation in a selected organization in the city of Ostrava.
