Klasická mutageneze a její možnosti při klonování rostlinných genů

Mutagenesis and its possibilities for plant gene cloning
Abstract:
Mutageneze je stěžejním nástrojem funkční genomiky. Existují dva typy mutageneze, klasická a inzerční. Tato práce se zaměřuje na mutagenezi klasickou a popisuje některé její metody používané pro výzkum rostlinných genů jako je poziční klonování, TILLING a neutronová mutageneze. Jsou zde také naznačeny možnosti uplatnění klasické mutageneze v pěstování zemědělských plodin.
Abstract:
Mutagenesis is an essential tool of functional genomics. There are two types of mutagenesis, classical and insertional. This work focuses on classical mutagenesis and its methods such as map based cloning, TILLING and fast neutron mutagenesis. The paper shows possible applications of classical mutagenesis in agriculture.
