Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem Cochemské praxe. Teoretická část je rozdělena na tři kapitoly, ve kterých se věnuji rozpadu rodiny, vysvětlením cochemské praxe jako nástroje řešení rodičovských konfliktů a také nejlepšímu zájmu dítěte. The thesis deals with the topic of Cochem practice. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters, in which I discuss family breakdown, explanations of Cochem practice as a tool for resolving parental conflicts, and the best interests of the child.
