Abstract:

Hlavním cílem disertační práce byla identifikace terapeutických intervencí založených na umění (arteterapie, muzikoterapie, dramaterapie, tanečně-pohybová terapie) a expresivních (uměleckých) terapií (biblioterapie) a jejich specifik a účinků pro osoby se zrakovým postižením. Dalším cílem pak byla možnost zanalyzovat výzkumnou evidenci o účincích uměleckých a expresivních (uměleckých) terapií a příbuzných přístupů u osob se zrakovým postižením. Disertační práce s tématem umělecké terapie, jejich intervence a účinky v léčbě a rehabilitaci osob se zrakovým postižením přináší ucelený systematický přehled studií, zaměřených na dané téma. K tomuto účelu byla použita metodika scoping review a to podle standardních postupů JBI. Celkem bylo identifikováno 75 relevantních studií. V teoretickém základu jsou představeny a popsány klíčové pojmy a jejich specifika. Empirická část práce se zaměřuje na metodiku tvorby scoping review a především přináší přehled získaných výsledků. Výsledky scoping review přinášejí ucelený přehled o existujících studiích, které se zabývají intervencemi založenými na umění u osob se zrakovým postižením. Studie ukazují, že umělecké terapie mohou mít pozitivní účinky na fyzickou, psychickou a sociální pohodu osob se zrakovým postižením, například zlepšení sebevědomí, komunikace, zvládání stresu, kvality života a sociální integrace.

Abstract:

The main aim of the dissertation was to identify therapeutic interventions based on art (art therapy, music therapy, drama therapy, dance-movement therapy) and expressive (art) therapies (bibliotherapy) and their specificities and effects for people with visual impairment. A further aim was then to analyse the research evidence on the effects of art and expressive (art) therapies and related approaches for people with visual impairment. This dissertation on Arts Therapies, their Interventions and Effects in the Treatment and Rehabilitation of People with Visual Impairment a comprehensive systematic review of studies on the topic. For this purpose, a scoping review methodology was used following standard JBI procedures. A total of 75 relevant studies were identified. The key concepts and their specificities are introduced and described in the theoretical background. The empirical part of the thesis focuses on the methodology of scoping review and mainly presents an overview of the obtained results. The results of the scoping review provide a comprehensive overview of existing studies that address arts-based interventions for people with visual impairment. Studies show that art-based therapies can have positive effects on the physical, psychological and social well-being of people with visual impairment, such as improved self-esteem, communication, stress management, quality of life and social integration.
